Downtown Hopewell Holiday Passport

 

Collect NINE unique stamps on your passport for your chance at a prize basket worth $200! There are 11 participating merchants, visit any 9 between 11/29-12/8 to complete your passport!​ 

 

Rules:

1. No purchase necessary.

2. Passports will be available at all participating merchants by November 29.

3. Get a stamp by visiting any of the participating merchants.

4. Only one stamp issued per customer, per day.

5. Each stamp on your passport must be unique (ie each merchant can only be represented once)

6. Promotion Runs from Friday, Nov 29 - Sunday Dec 8

7. You must turn in your completed passport with your name and email by the close of business on Sunday, December 8th to any participating business.

8. You can choose which one of the 3 baskets you would like to be in the drawing for.

9. Random drawing will be held on Tuesday, Dec 10th. 

10. Business hours vary by merchant. (All are open on Saturday & Sunday.)

11. Winners will be posted on our social media @downtownhopewell and will be notified by email. If you do not respond within 5 days, you will forfeit your prize basket and we will draw another winner.  Please add downtownhopewell@gmail.com to your contact list so the email does not go to SPAM!

12. Prizes must be picked up at twine. during their regular business hours. Prizes not picked up after 1 month will be forfeited.

 

FAQs:

 

What time do I need to return the passport by on Dec 8th?

This varies based on the hours of the business you are turning it in at. Some business close as early as 4PM on Sunday. 

 

Can I complete more than 1 passport?

Yes, but you can only get one stamp, per business, per day, per customer.

 

Do I have to give you my email?

Yes, you will be notified by email if you win, and we are also building a promotional email list which we promise to use VERY sparingly. Your email will not be shared directly with merchants, but will be used only by Downtown Hopewell.

 

How do I choose which drawing I want to enter?

You will circle your choice  on your passport. If you do not make a choice, we will put you in 1 drawing.

Can Merchants participate as passport holders?

Yes, but they cannot get a stamp at their own business!
